Fruit and sugar are the only ingredients. We will also have mild jalapeno pepper jelly, hot jalapeno pepper jelly, raspberry/jalapeno pepper jelly, hot habanera pepper jelly, kickin peach/habanero pepper jelly, lemon/habanero pepper jelly and an all american pepper jelly. We will have a couple of surprise jellies as well! Now for the produce, this will possibly be the last weekend for red and yellow watermelons. Get them while they last. We also have cantaloupes and honey dew melons, figs and raspberries. Hot and sweet peppers, cucumbers, squash, egg plant, tommy toe or cherry tomatoes and slicer tomatoes. PEAS, PEAS, PEAS!! I will be bringing pickled watermelon rinds, dill pickles, sweet pickles, pickled okra, blueberry jelly, ornamental gourds, whole wheat flax oatmeal cookies, maybe some flowers. I don’t really have much growing right now except okra and a handful of tomatoes. Also, thanks for the squash relish recipe I have replanted some squash but they haven’t started producing yet. Thanks for all your hard work!
